Dr. Quinn is Chief and Professor, Division of Orthodontics, School of Medicine, Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina, where he is also in the private practice of orthodontics. He holds a D.D.S. degree from Creighton University where he later served as Dean of the School of Dentistry, and an M.S. degree from the University of Tennessee. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics
