Maxillary Skeletal and Dental Change With Fränkel Appliance Therapy— an implant study
An implant study using postero- anterior cephalometric radiographs to evaluate expansion effects of the Frankel appliance. Significant alveolar and apical base expansion was found in the treatment group, with much smaller increases at the midpalatal suture. Molar tipping was insignificant.Abstract
