Dr. Michael S. Cooke, PhD, BChD (Hons), DOrth, DDPH (RCS Eng), FDS (RCS Edin), FFD (RCS Ire), is the Senior Lecturer in Orthodontics, Department of Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Hong Kong. He holds a PhD from the University of Hong Kong, an honors dental degree from the University of Leeds, England, and Fellowships from the Royal Colleges of Edinburgh (in Dental Surgery) and Ireland (in Orthodontics). His Orthodontic Diploma, from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, was gained following study at the Royal Dental School, London. He also holds a Diploma in Dental Public Health from the Royal College of Surgeons of England

Professor Stephen H.Y. Wei, BDS (Hons), MDS, DDS, MS, FRACDS, FACD, FICD, is Professor and Head, Department of Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics, Prince Philip Dental Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Hong Kong. He holds BDS (Hons) and MDS degrees from the University of Adelaide, S. Australia, MS from University of Illinois and a DDS from University of Iowa. He is a fellow of the Royal Austalasian College of Dental Surgeons, the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
