Dr. Manasse is in the private practice of orthodontics in McAllen, Texas and is Clinical Associate professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He is an Associate professor in the Department of Communications (Communication Disorders) at Pan American University. He holds a D.D.S. degree and a Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics
