R. Justus is a professor of orthodontics, Universidad Technologica de Mexico and Research Director in fhe graduate department of orthodontics, Universidad Intercontinental. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and maintains a private practice in Mexico City. He presented this case to the American Board of Orthodontics in partial fulfillment of the requirements for Board certification
