Thank you for sharing your latest research results in The Angle Orthodontist. As we read this paper, we carried out the mandibular superimposition according to the method in the article, and two questions arose related to this method:

• Whenever we started to select the registration area, the reoriented 3D model moved back to its original posture. Could you please provide us with more details of the method to clear up our confusion?

• In addition, all areas used for measurement in your paper were located on the outside of the mandible. Should some areas located inside the mandible be added to further demonstrate the reliability of the method?
